This sofa is built from two modules that meet in the middle. Each has its own back bolster, and the tops of the bolsters rise and dip in a soft wave. At one end a rounded wing curls round as an arm; at the other the seat sweeps forward and around into a long, open chaise.
Leather suits the form. The smooth hide follows the curves without wrinkling, and fine top-stitching marks the seat cushions and the edge of the chaise. The whole sofa sits on a recessed base, so it reads as one continuous shape.
Colours shown
- Cream, mustard, black and sage green leather
Construction
- Two hardwood and plywood modules, joined with concealed brackets
- Sinuous springs and HR foam; fibre-wrapped bolsters
- Leather shown; COL or contract vinyl accepted
- Left- or right-hand chaise
For a bar lounge, the open chaise end lets the sofa sit freely in the room and be approached from two sides. Because it is modular, it also fits through standard doors and lifts. Sizes and the chaise depth are confirmed on the shop drawing to suit your plan.
