The top is the statement here. A white sintered stone is covered in a dense black web of veins, giving a graphic look that is bold but not busy at 60 cm square, and it is edged in a smoked grey bronze that leans cooler than the brass tones used elsewhere in the lobby.
The base is a single square post in dark smoked wood, finely fluted on every face and set on a low square bronze plinth. A single post leaves legroom clear on all four sides, so any seat at the table is as good as another, which matters when the room is full and covers are assigned at the door.
Construction
- Sintered-stone top, white with black web veining
- Smoked grey-bronze metal edge
- Square fluted post in smoked wood
- Square bronze-finish plinth with glides
Use it in the bar-side dining area of a hotel lobby or in a modern grill room. The black-and-white top pairs well with leather banquettes and warm lighting.
