Armchairs make guests stay longer, but most armchairs cannot be pushed under the table. That blocks aisles and causes problems with accessibility and egress reviews. The Low-Arm armchair solves this with arms at 24.5 in (62 cm), below the apron of a standard 30 in (76 cm) dining table.
A continuous U-shaped frame in light oak, about 2 × 1.25 in (5 × 3 cm) in section, wraps the back and forms both arms. The upholstered back pad and seat sit inside it.
Construction
- Solid oak frame, mortise-and-tenon joints
- Upholstered seat and back pad; HR foam
- Bouclé shown with contrast piping
Confirm your table apron height before ordering; we can adjust arm height to suit.
