This set is drawn for the hotel's banquet or private dining room where ten to fourteen guests share one table and one turntable.
The table. A round top in white stone with fine gold veining carries a raised lazy Susan in the same stone. Below, a deep drum base in white vertical fluting is broken by polished brass panels and finished with a brass kick ring, so mop heads and shoes hit metal rather than paint. The drum hides a steel frame and the turntable bearing.
The chairs. Each chair has a cream leather inner back and seat with a terracotta outer shell. The back is stitched in horizontal channels, the shell wraps forward into low arms, and a slim brass bracket links back and seat. Dark tapered legs keep the chair visually light around a big table.
