This is the same looping brushed-brass frame as our Brass Loop Lounge Chair, shown here where it is often specified: beside a black-marble pedestal table in a hotel restaurant or wine bar.
The chair has a rounded, fully upholstered back and a deep box seat in velvet, with round bolsters riding on the tube frame at arm height. The frame loops to the floor at the front and back of each side, so there are no conventional legs to catch on herringbone floors or carpets.
For dining, we adjust two things. The seat is built slightly firmer and a little higher than the lobby version so guests sit upright at a table. And the arm height is checked against the table apron on the shop drawing, so the bolsters clear the top when the chair is pulled in.
- Olive green and burgundy velvet shown
- Brass-finished steel tube; brushed or polished
- Pairs with pedestal tables at 28-29 in (71-74 cm) height
Useful for lounge-style dining zones, wine bars and the soft-seating corner of a hotel restaurant, where guests linger after the meal.
