Burl veneer brings warmth and pattern to a pale stone dining room without adding colour. Here it covers each tabletop under a high-gloss finish, framed by a thin bronze band that protects the veneer edge from chair arms and trays.
The base is a turned walnut column, slightly barrel-shaped, sitting on a bronze disc foot. Square tables use one column; long banquet tables use a column every 47-59 in (120-150 cm), as in the long table shown.
The armchair has a continuous curved back and arms in ivory leather. Behind it, a walnut panel rises from the rear legs and wraps the lower back, and the four splayed walnut legs give it a stable stance on stone floors. The seat is a single deep cushion.
For specification
- Gloss or satin lacquer on the burl; we send veneer samples for approval before production
- Bronze, brass or blackened metal for the edge and foot
- Ivory leather shown; COL, vinyl or fabric to suit the outlet
Walnut stain and metal tone can be matched to the lobby's joinery so the restaurant reads as part of the same building.
