Where do you put strong graphic furniture? In a tall, pale room like a hotel atrium restaurant, where black frames read cleanly against stone and light.
The armchair is all line. One continuous black-lacquered frame forms the back rail and curves down into open arms that meet the front legs. The back is a single curved board, and the seat is a loose-looking upholstered cushion in terracotta woven fabric. Without padded arms, the chair stays narrow and easy to tuck under the table.
The table has a thick black top on a squared pedestal that steps out into a broad flared foot. Single-pedestal tables seat two to four; long tables use two or more pedestals and can be joined into banquet runs, as in the long table shown.
Why it works in hotels
- Hard lacquer frames wipe clean between breakfast and dinner service
- Seat covers are replaceable when fabric wears, without touching the frame
- Pedestal bases leave clear knee space, which helps with accessible seating
Frame colour, seat fabric and table sizes are to your specification; we can match the black to your joinery.
